Tim Howard

As the starting goalkeeper for the U.S. national team, Tim Howard helped lead the Americans to the World Cup round of 16 after they won their group for the first time in 80 years. He turned in a Man of the Match performance in the Americans' victory over England. Tim also received the Golden Glove award for best goalkeeper at the 2009 Confederations Cup, where he recorded eight saves as the U.S. team beat world No. 1 Spain. In addition to playing for the U.S. national team, Tim is the starting keeper for Everton of the English Premier League.
